Detecting low-quality or fake referrals

Jobref combines a referral history score with advanced CV Scoring. The history score monitors each referrer’s past performance; people who repeatedly propose weak or irrelevant profiles eventually lose the right to refer. Meanwhile, machine-learning CV Scoring inspects every résumé for copied content, improbable career gaps, or mismatched skills. When the system flags a document as suspicious, it appears in red within your Company Panel, allowing your team to review it quickly.
