Adding a new job post

Use the Jobref creator to add role details, set referral margin and visibility, then publish to start receiving candidate applications.

Posting is unlocked automatically once your company signs the free online Framework Agreement.

1. Check the prerequisites

  • Your company must have an active framework agreement. Once e-signed, the Job Ads tab is automatically unlocked and posting is free.

  • Be sure you know: job title, seniority, tech stack, salary details, location, and the margins you wish to pay referrers.

2. Open the Job Ads tab

From the upper navigation of your employer dashboard, click Job Ads, then Add New Job.

3. Pick your creation method

  • Manual entry – type every field yourself for full control.

  • Jobref AI, three smart helpers:

    • Upload File – drop a PDF/DOC; AI extracts title, stack, salary, etc.

    • Paste URL – provide your careers-page link; AI scrapes details.

    • Smart Wizard – answer guided prompts; AI builds a polished ad.

4. Complete required fields

Enter the essentials in one sweep: job title with seniority, main tech stack, salary details (range, contract types, or mark as confidential), work location/remote policy, a concise yet engaging role description, and finally the two referral margins—Direct and Public—expressed as a percentage of the first monthly salary.

5. Preview & publish

Click Preview & Publish Job Ad, review formatting, then Publish. The listing goes live immediately. Jobref charges only when a referred candidate you hire starts work.
