Edit

Fine-tune an ad that’s still in Draft

You can change every field—including salary and margin—until you hit Publish. After publication only non-financial fields (e.g. description, tags, location) remain editable. Salary and margin stay locked to protect existing referral terms.

Expire (Close)

Stop receiving applications without losing data

Switch the status to Expired. The ad disappears from public view but can be Re-activated anytime with one click.

Archive

Remove obsolete ads from your active list

Moves the post to the Archived tab—perfect for old roles you’ll never reopen. All stats remain available for reporting.

You always retain access to every job ad—Active, Expired, or Archived—in the Admin Panel. This ensures you can review past campaigns, re-activate valuable postings, and analyze performance data at any time.
