Jobref’s commission depends solely on an active employment contract. Any absence—vacation, certified sick leave, parental or unpaid leave—does not alter your obligation. If the employee remains on your payroll, the success fee remains payable on the agreed schedule.
Terminations during probation
If the contract ends during probation—whether by resignation, dismissal or mutual agreement—the fee is simply cancelled. No invoice will be raised for that hire. To stop the charge, log in to your Jobref dashboard, open the hire record, and change Employment Status to “Contract Ended.”
