Ready to post your first vacancy on Jobref? Start by signing our quick, online framework agreement.

Why we require a framework agreement

The framework agreement establishes clear, transparent terms for our partnership. Most importantly, it confirms our pay-for-success model: Jobref only invoices you when a referred candidate successfully passes their probation period and remains employed with your company.

Who can sign?

Only one designated authorised signatory can execute the contract on behalf of your company. This individual must be identified during the "Company Details" step of your registration process.

Eligible roles typically include:

  • CEO, Managing Director, or Board Member

  • Head of HR or Talent Acquisition Lead

  • Other C-level executives with signing authority

⚠️ Important Note

Ensure your designated signatory has the legal authority to bind your company to contractual agreements.

Step-by-step signing process

1. Complete company registration

Fill in your company details and click the contract signing button on your dashboard.

2. Receive e-signature links

You'll instantly receive two emails:

  • One from Jobref with contract details

  • One from Dropbox Sign containing the secure signature link

3. Review and sign

  1. Open the Dropbox Sign link

  2. Review the agreement terms

  3. Add your signature (draw or type)

  4. Click "Finish" to complete the process

4. Account Activation

The moment your contract is signed, your employer account automatically switches to Active status, and the "Add Job Posting" button becomes available on your dashboard.

🚀 Ready to Get Started?

Once signed, you can immediately begin posting vacancies and accessing our network of professional referrers. The entire process typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
