Jobref supports you through every step of a new hire’s probation. Our system sends automated reminders at key intervals and, if you don’t update the status by the deadline, automatically confirms the probation as successful and generates your invoice.

Automated reminder schedule

Jobref sends three reminders by email:

  • 7 days before end-date

  • 3 days before end-date

  • On the end-date (day 0) at midnight CET

Each reminder is emailed to:

  • The job ad owner (the person who posted the job)

  • The company billing email

Auto-confirmation logic

If no status change is recorded by midnight CET on the end-date, Jobref will:

  1. Auto-confirm the probation as successful

  2. Issue the invoice to your billing email

This ensures your billing cycle stays on schedule and you avoid missed invoices.
